Ouch.....I sympathise, I know what that's like......I usually dose myself up with painkillers, pseudoephidrine and echinacea, grab a hot water bottle and go to bed and sip on a hot lemon and honey drink. Then I curl up and try to sleep.....I pick the painkillers that make you drowsy. Might not cure it but makes it bearable - just....feel better soon
