Traditional WIP (Women-in-Prison) films have RARELY reflected REALITY, seeshelly - the exception, of course, being shows like "Orange is the New Black," which are all-too-realistic! When I write about women-in-prison stories, I'm referring to FANTASY women's prisons, where beautiful young girls are captured, enslaved, & played with by the dominant lezzie-warden, her rapacious lesbian guards, and the predatory/butchy lesbian inmates who desire the beautiful bodies of the newly-incarcerated young inmates in their midst!

In Piper Kerman's very realistic book that spawned the enormously-successful "Orange is the New Black" HBO video series, even SHE mentions things happening in women's prison that I found to have enormous erotic potential, despite her not intending that to be the case. In her remembered prison-encounters, there were actually predatory lesbians who even targetted her for their pleasure, including one butchy hispanic woman (named Morena) who used to walk with her to their daily work assignment. At one point, Piper asks Morena is she's got any children:

Morena laughed, a throaty laugh that said: "Oh, you naive and innocent straight girl, you can't even tell that I am a bulldagger on the outs, not just up in this joint where one cannot get any dick... and how I will relish turning you out!" But out loud she replied: "No baby, I got no children."

Now THAT sounds like an excellent storyline idea for a film! Several beautiful young college coeds (hopefilly wearing skimpy bikinis), shipwrecked together on a desert island populated by a few escaped female (lesbian) convicts! I'm looking for it, d16... thus far, the only thing I've come up with is a 1978 film titled: "Escape from Women's Prison" - involving a bus filled with several young female tennis players who are taken hostage by four female convicts who have just broken out of prison. The only problem is that ONLY ONE of the convicts is actually a lesbian, and she's only interested in ONE particular pretty girl!

That said, and I think you even alluded to up thread, the real world of incarceration does not lend itself to the fantasy. The approach that I took was to create an alternate history where the 13th Amendment, which reads, "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." resulted in penal slavery becoming the law in the US

I began reading your above-linked story, but it's not really my thing. While the idea of "Penal Slavery" is an excellent one from the distant past, I prefer a purely LESBIAN-themed modern-day fantasy prison without the presence of any men, who just make everything needlessly porny (at least in my opinion!)
