As was discussed last night; crime is not about race or ethnicity. It is tided directly to poverty level. So while here in the U.S. African american communities are hot beds of crime. In other countries the demographics are different. So the whole problem is tied to poverty levels. Not race.

You are wrong that crime is directed to the poverty level. Do the research. No other race of people commit the % of crimes the colored race does. That is a fact. Other races have been poor. Most try to work their way out of it. For some reason the blacks seem to like to wallow in it. Could be the fact they would rather not work but collect welfare. Look at those % if you want to discuss that.

I already know what caused the excess of criminals in the colored race. I have done the research. Those who refuse to do their own research usually will not accept the research others, who are not as lazy, have done.
It is very easy to search crime numbers. You might find things you do not want to find. That doesn't make it false.

I've never maintained a genetic link to their behavior. I gave you the other factors that I, and two black professors that I know of, believe to be true. You can disagree, but don't try and assign to me points of view I've never demonstrated. There are studies that have been conducted that hint that violent behavior could be genetic, but that goes for all people. You can Google it and come up with articles like this one:

Actually I buy the premise to a certain extent. Lead poisoning in young children does cause a measurable difficulty with learning. That in turn can, and likely does lead to difficulty with education and then employment.

It isn't everything but a factor probably. Biggest problem since 1964 is there is no financial reason to stay together in poverty. Often more help is available if ou split up or are never together. Fatherless families is the unintended consequence of taking the consequences out of having children.

Growing up fatherless is a better predictor of future jail time than poverty is. Subsistence level living is the symptom of the destruction of the nuclear family not the other way around.

That certainly sounds logical, but how do you explain Iceland? It has the lowest violent crime rate, and the highest% of out of wedlock births. Two out of three.

Yes it is genetic. Most things people do is the result of genetics.

To make it simple. Do you see any difference in a pit bull and a lab?
The difference is genetics. They both have been bred for certain genetics for years.
How about cattle. See the difference in an angus and a jersey? Same thing. They were bred for certain genetic traits.
Maybe horses. Look at a race horse and a draft horse.
Genetics makes the black race different than other races more so than just the color of their skin. Each race was bred by nature for certain genetic traits.
The traits are different in all races. Color is not the only difference.

Out of wedlock and absentee fathers are not always the same thing. I don't know what the culture is like there. Is there extended family support? That sort of thing. The poverty factor is another component.

Societal homogeneity tends to result in less violence. I have no clue why that would be, and it isn't because of cross-lines violence because there isn't enough of that to be a factor.

I have a hypothesis that some of the "us against them" and 'the man is keeping us down" tends to breed crime.

38% of whites will be arrested by 23. This was for 2013.
49% of blacks will be arrested by 23. This was for 2013.
That is from some information I gleaned while in college this semester.

Now let's do math.
Find out how many black people are in the country, and then find out how many people are incarcerated as of the year. Then take the value of black people (not a percentage) That means drop the % sign you are addicted to, move the decimal place over to the left twice, multiply by the number of black people in the country. Do the same for whites. Then, compare that number to how many people are incarcerated, and set it to the side.

Now do the same for whites.
And Hispanics.
Asians.
Native Americans.
Tell me what you find.
