Joey ask yourself, why was the black crime rate only a tiny fraction of what it is now during the Great Depression, during the 40s, 50s, when they had damn little economically, but they had family structures intact?
Well there was a break down of the black community during that time period. Turns out welfare reform didn't work out so well for us, nor did the Drug War. The Drug War was and continues to be huge.
