Your wording suggest you are range. The world has changed greatly since those days. And no matter what the CP stand for it is not appropriate to call anyone that. Were all a color of some sort.
As was discussed last night; crime is not about race or ethnicity. It is tided directly to poverty level. So while here in the U.S. African american communities are hot beds of crime. In other countries the demographics are different. So the whole problem is tied to poverty levels. Not race.
