Baghdad wouldn't surprise me. I'm sure they care very little about their own civilian population choking on gas.

I agree. It will probably start a couple miles outside Baghdad. They don't care how many of their own will die from the gas in the process... Let's just pray our troops are prepared for the very worst....

So far, each and every prediction about this "war" has been overstated or just plain wrong.

Helicopters being shot down by old rifles, suicide kids in pickup trucks, entire divisions simply...not there.

But the USA can find where Saddam's sleeping, can find one Marine and... pluck her out.

I think this is all going to wind up as underwhelming as Joe Millionaire.

Except with dead and maimed people. Mostly children.

But if not....if there is some gas waiting...at least then the USA can go into Full Vengeance mode...and I gather finally feel better about September 11.
