Hmm... I would divide it into 30' (long enough to tie around the legs of a bed, so that if you don't have a headboard you can tie things to this floor-level rope and not worry about it coming loose), and... um... lots of other pieces. (I know, I know... I'm useless.) I say leave 'em relatively long, just 'cause that gives you the greatest potential variety.

Well, I have chain. And restraints that connect with a variety of connectors. I'm thinking more in terms of intricate rope bondage. Leaving a few ropes for basic to the bed bondage.

Rope is far more trouble than it's worth. Remember in the old days the scene bondage videos used to show someone getting tied up slowly laboriously for 15 whole minutes before they finally got around to the whipping part? I never understood why they thought people would want to watch all that. Good thing I had a fast foward button.

Anyway, I'd use duct tape and metal cuffs. Maybe something pretty but ulitarian, like this:

Or, 100 feet is also good for nude water skiing.
