Don't know if anyone really cares, especially since I don't post a lot and stuff, but I can't tell anyone I know in real life! And seeing as though I asked so many questions before hand I may as well tell my little story :p ....

We went away for the weekend to a b&b somewhere in the countryside and had planned to try that night. We tryed both nights but didn't work out partially cause he was too nervous (more than me) and partially cause we just couldn't figure out a position. A couple of times it almost went in but wouldn't go in any further. But the main thing I took from that weekend was that he finally told me he loved me which meant more than anything. :)

We tried again the other night and it worked so third time lucky. I just kinda guided him in. It didn't really hurt as much as I thought, more uncomfortable than anything else but that calmed down a bit after a few minutes. I didn't bleed at all which is wierd cause I didn't think I had broken my hymen before so I don't know whats going on there really. :p

Protection wise I'm on the pill for the last 3 weeks and the first 2 times we tried we used spemicide condoms but not the last cause I couldn't find any. There doesn't seem to be any actualy spemicide sold seperatly here which is annoying. Just the condom ones which are very hard to get.

We didn't do it for too long but it was still nice. Its the next step of our brilliant relationship, yay!

I remember your threads. Like LadyFunkenstein says, it'll get better.

Congratulations! :)

Congrats, Undomiel! Glad to hear it all went well for you. :rose:

Undomiel.... that was sweet of you to share with us...

You must be feeling on top of the world now that he has said he loves you. First times are just that.... first times... Remember trying to skate or ski or ride a bike for the first time? Well.... there you go. Who says this should come natural. The most important thing is that you came out of it feeling happy and loved and ready to explore further!

It's not at all strange you did not bleed. With some women the opening is just wide enough already by nature. It's a pity the muslim world (I'm not trying to lash out here or point fingers, but it IS a shame and very undeserved for those women) does not accept this, thus beating women up for supposedly not being a virgin (when they are but have the same as you). Okay, that's a whole different story....

So you go ahead... explore... take it one step at a time... you two will have all the time in the world to figure out more and you will see there is so much more that will eventually thrill you. :rose:

At your local CVS or RiteAid or whatnot store like it, most will sell spermicide as a foam, jell or in disolveable sheets that you insert before hand and they 'melt' away inside of you.
Dig deep, you'll find them eventually :)

The first guy I slept with didn't manage to "pop" me until the second time we had sex. He totally thought I had lied about being a virgin (he wasn't mad, just thought I was full of it). Then the second time, different angle...pop!! It was weird. But like others have said, it's not entirely uncommon, so don't sweat it. Enjoy.

Congratulations! :) Be very careful though...it usually takes at least a month/full cycle for the Pill to give that high level of protection. In some cases, backup protection for 2-3 full cycles is recommended. I've always erred on the side of caution, and we used the pill and condoms most of the time for years just for peace of mind. You don't necessarily need to use spermicidal lubed condoms...that's an extra safety measure, but regular ones will work too.

Also, (and I didn't know this until I was reading up to answer a question here one day) healthcare professionals caution against using spermicide more than once a day because more than that can be very irritating to genitals and cause infections. So, if you're having sex a few times a day, you probably should stick with regular condoms.
