Cruel and unusual............
Just like the killings, Virginia has a better track record of executions than Maryland. In Maryland, under 18 perps get life to practice their hate with other of the same ilk inside, wasting tax money. However, they could get the Jeffery Dalmer special in prison...a broomstick broke off in the ass! BTW, they're not sure just how old Malvo is, I'd just call him an adult, and fry the piece of shit....after it's proven in court!
