Taylor moved from a small Tennessee town to New York working hard to get an actress job. Her talent soon moves her from working at a bookstore to getting extremely background acting gigs. She finally gets her break Biggs a minor character in a big show, called "Empire State," a tv series about an embattled New York Governer caught in a escort ring.
-Taylor the first day on set recognized a nerdy girl on set she recognizes from back home Laura. Taylor never really talked to her back then, but she was never mean to her either. They become friends quickly enough. Laura is a minor writer on the tv show, with limited influence.
-When Taylor learns her character is being killed knowing Laura has limited power she goes to the director. He fucks her up the ass but makes no changes. Taylor runs to the producer, again he fucks her but still nothing. The day comes for the scene when Talor realizes Laura had faught to kill off another minor character instead, saving her job.
