I think from my limited experience that most male subs like something in return as you described, but there is one we have met and played with who is not looking for a relationship or any sort of returned affection or time outside the session, only asking for the opportunity to have his needs met in terms of humiliation and degradation and being used. The short answer is "yes."

The long answer is that subs, like anyone else, all have a wide variety of needs and desires, some stronger than others. These desires and needs can (and do!) vary in intensity and they can vary from week to week, day to day or even hour to hour, just like any other basic human need. I love the service and I would love public sissification, but not at the hands of just anyone. As Netzach pointed out, she has had to work to obtain that kind of submission before - it's hard for most of people to just hand over that level of trust and control.

I think this is a very complex and interesting discussion. I think male subs often get their ideas from porn and that porn dommes merely get fucked with a whip in their hands and that is a discussion in itself.
