Last time he was here he bought a pedometer as he does alot of walking..

It reminded me of a story I heard about a woman whose husband bought her a pedometer and said he wanted her to exercise as he was worried about her health.

She was supposed to do 1000 steps a day but after walking a bit she had only done a couple of hundred.

He really gave her a hard time and banned her from sugar foods etc.

In the end she attached the bloody mashine to their dog, lay in the garden throwing the ball and making the poor thing 'fetech' she therefore easily did more than 1000 plus steps.

She never lost weight but her husband realised that she was working hard and trying to make herself healthier
