First the pic has to be online somewhere. Then all you do is copy the address into your sig line and put

Works fine for me.

This is what you do: go to the signature section of your control panel. Copy the address, and put
behind it, once again with no spaces. Then hit 'Update profile'.

Okay, that's the problem. There's way too much crap in there you don't need. Just follow advice I gave you above.
 
In you signature line, use HTML syntax instead of vB syntax.
