ShowerMassage is the trademarked name of Waterpic's pulsating showerhead line. There are other, less bulky, brands available that have varying degrees of pulsations and number of streams.

Whatever brand, youwant the hand-held version. The version that mounts directly to the shower pipe is a bit awkward to use for masurbations.
