Don't care... you were involved with murder, you should have life in jail... at least you're still alive, more than you can say for the victims.

Agreed 100%

I can't say for sure. I haven't spoken with her.

Some people do change. Its possible.

You kill innocent people in cold blood, you rot in jail or take the death penalty. It seems reasonable to me.

Unless you're mentaly ill. Then you can rot in a mental hospital.

She's got a masters in chemistry now.

Should she? If she's rehabilitated.

Squeaky needs to get the chair with her bubba.

Yes, she should be set free.

Then hunted down and killed.
Naaaah.
Too good for her.
Let her rot.

American tax payers paid for her degree! Let her out?? Is the prison system insane???? She was an accompless to murder with out reason, without justification!

Yes, let her rot. Let her still think of what she has done, that is if she has any decent humane mind at all.

What he said!

This is tough. Can any of us imagine the scene of horror that took place during their killing spree? Were Van Houten and the others filled with evil in order to be able to commit these crimes? Or were they so brainwashed & drugged up under the severe & profound influence of Manson?

Does that even matter? I don't really know, but 30 years is a helluva long time in prison. Maybe she feels safe there and doesn't want to leave. I really doubt she'd go on some crazy killing rampage via CM's tutelage.

She should of gotten the death penalty and should be dead.
Enough said!

Plus she probably wont go free, the public would not be happy about it and I am sure that is in the back of the heads of the parole comittee's minds.
