I talk as much as I can before the moaning makes it hard to speak.

It really depends, I believe. I personally, enjoy talking and REALLY enjoy being talked TO during sex. It just gets me going.
However, I have also been in an awkward situation where I've just fucked, and pretty much realize that's about all there is to it. Not much to talk about except the cordial farewells.

Honestly - I think it depends a lot on the individuals involved.
