Attempting to keep my prostate from choking off my piss stream, I had a "UroLift" procedure. They run a tool up your dick and shoot little plastic pop rivets through the urethra and out through your prostate. The ties are cinched up to open the urethra.

In my opinion, it depends on a few factors.

Firstly what's the body hair situation elsewhere? A bear with no pubes would look ridiculous, but to counter a smooth man with a thick bush also looks weird.

Secondly, what's comfortable for him? If he feels more comfortable with hair then absolutely keep it. But it's worth trying groomed or bald to see how that feels. Worse case scenario is you have to grow it back out.

Finally, if your partner wants you shaven, do you think doing so will improve your sex life? Will she (like I am) be more enthusiastic giving oral, will she allow deeper and rougher sex more comfortably without pubic hair scratching against her? Because if so, it may be worth the trade off.

It's a personal decision for men of course, just like it is for us. I've always been shaven and hate when it starts to grow so never let it get past the uncomfortable scratchy part of growing it out (which is usually a few days). But each to their own I say.

Be mindful of your partner's desires though, because satisfying those might just be the thing that deepens your sexual bond and improves your sex life. You don't know until you try it.

Waxing can be a bit expensive for upkeep so I don’t know if that would be an issue. You can get male Brazilian waxes and it usually includes a butt strip. Worth a shot if you’re brave enough! Will she lick your ass? If not then you don’t really need to shave there.
