Because it was worth a second posting!!!
There are about 25-30 threads about the fire. Certainly several of those are specifically denigrating to black women or BLM.

But you can add another.

You'd be hard pressed to find where I've ever denigrated black women, but in her case I'll make an exception not because she's black but because she's scum..

I wasn't talking about what you did. I was talking about the previous postings.

Now post all of the megachurch leaders who lost mansions which they gained because of their schemes. 😎

No, unless you want to hold EVERY politician accountable for their failures. And even still, I would not blame Newsome for the LA Fires.

By this logic, Trump should have resigned within a year of taking office in 2016, and in no way shape or form should ever have been allowed to run again.

I not sure anyone blames Newsom for the fires, more for the lack of forest management and lack of preparedness to fight the fires. Rather than use money wisely and form an alliance with Trump Newsom and democrats legislate 50 million to Trump proof California. California democrats are really stupid people. I predict by 2026 California will be red ( deep red ).

The same Trump who thinks you can prevent forest fires by raking the leaves, and who thought he knew better than the firefighters who saved Notre Dame? (Not to mention he's not even president yet.) No, I do not see any reason why Newsom should have spent a dime "forming an alliance" with him, at least not as far as firefighting is concerned. For that matter, it makes no more sense to look to him for "using money wisely" than for firefighting. The man has had six bankruptcies - one of them from running a freakin' casino! - and has literally lost more money than any other American ever.

I will admit that lack of forest and wildlands management has in fact contributed to the disaster, and I have stated so already.
I think one thing we can ALL do, is something constructive here- donate funds to the Red Cross, or for disaster relief. Show some sympathy for the victims of this tragedy instead of just finger pointing and vilifying people.

California Democrats approve $50M budget to help Newsom ‘Trump-proof’ the state

Wasteful spending, Dems better wake up!!
California Democrats have authorized $50 million in state funding as part of an overall drive to protect residents from what lawmakers believe to be “inhumane” threats posed by President-elect Trump’s forthcoming administration.

State Senate Budget Committee Chair Scott Wiener (D) announced Monday he would amend legislation to provide $25 million to support legal aid services for California residents at risk of deportation. The bill is the result of a special legislative session that began last month, amid Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) efforts to “Trump-proof” the Golden State from potential federal interference.

Wiener’s Monday announcement, made on behalf of the Senate Democratic Caucus, complements another $25 million authorized by state Assemblymember Jesse Gabriel (D). Those funds will go to the California Department of Justice — a measure Newsom began seeking last month, at the start of the special legislative session.

“California faces two massive challenges,” Wiener said in a statement, noting the first revolves around rebuilding the lives of tens of thousands of residents in the wake of “horrific destructive wildfires in Los Angeles.”

The second challenge, he explained, is “an incoming federal administration that has vowed to make it harder for Los Angeles to recover, by withholding disaster relief and deporting immigrant Angelenos who have been impacted by the fires and who are actively helping their neighbors.”
None of that is wasteful spending.

Raking the forest is code for forest management, it’s too bad your limited intellectual capacity couldn’t read through that.

Trump’s president elect soon to be president and Newsom is too stupid to align with him. Newsom’s self interest will be his demise.

Trump seems to be doing OK financially, I would guess much better than you or Newsom.
