How many times can Trump and his family refer to America as "a shithole", "in decline", "failing"?

How many times can Trump and his family shit all over our government, our institutions, our systems and our citizens?

How many times can Trump and his family demean our country?

Before it becomes obvious that he doesn't even like our country?

Except for how it can give him money and power.

Excuse my ignorance of American politics and I'm not sure which the best thread to ask this is so I thought I'd drop it here.
Can a convicted felon run for president? Technically, as a convicted felon he can't cross the Canadian border, I'm sure other countries have the same policy. How can he be effective if he has to apply for pardons before going to international meetings etc.?
Btw, agree 100% about his denigrating the same country he wants to be president of. Two faced turd, imo.

Yes, he can.

Yes, he can.

Which is ironic. As a convicted felon, he can be the commander in chief but is not allowed to join the armed forces.

Trump's own words in 2016: President under felony indictment would create 'constitutional crisis'

So this is tricky. Bush Jr had to get special permission to go to Canada because of an arrest when he was younger. The countries donā€™t have to let felons in. Fun fact, someone ran for president here FROM prison in the early 1900ā€™s. Itā€™s a weird rule to allow the president to be a convicted felon, when almost all other political positions have laws against it.

Or obtain a security clearance (although, as president, he wouldn't need to obtain one to have access--or to direct access to those who couldn't get cleared, like he did with Jared and Ivanka).

Eugene Debs, the perennial Socialist candidate for president from 1900 to 1920, was convicted of felony sedition for opposing US involvement in World War 1 and received almost a million votes whilst serving 10 years in federal prison in 1920. He finished in 4th place, zero electoral votes

Trump overriding the FBI and State Dept's veto of Jared Kushner's security clearance was IMHO the biggest security breach of the post-Cold War era.

Republicans have campaigned for years to stop felons from voting, amongst other rights. Suddenly they don't care and are looking into State's Rights to decide where Trump lives now.
Ironic is an understatement.
He can run for the presidency but not vote for himself and if elected he commands an army that won't enlist him. That's some fucked p bullshit right there.
And to make matters worse the party that has fought to keep felons from voting now wants to be in charge of changing all the rules. šŸ¤”šŸ¤Ø
