Shibari/RopeWork Appreciation

A corset tie with a chest harness like that is a very pretty tie. Things to remember. If the Top doesn’t do them often they can take a good while to complete and you will have to be stationary for quite some time.
Look also at how her hands and arms are positioned. The way it’s tied in the rear is also very hard on your hands and arms. It’s a lot of rope but very lovely when done nicely.

Most folks look at a tie and think that’s pretty and I’d like to see myself tied like that and get a picture. The problem is it’s all a lot harder to do and endure unless you do it often with a Top you trust.
Someone told me once they couldn’t see how doing rope would encourage them to be service oriented toward their top but I assure you they will or you won’t be working with that top for long.

*applause for the comment*

I posted these a solid year ago, but enough new folks are around to warrant.

It is the emotion of it. It gets me every time. Their connection is definite relationship goals. Plus the way he handles her and the way she absolutely embodies surrender. <3

and my personal favorite. @5:12 onward. I can only watch and grin.

Why this piece specifically? His poise, her emotion. Their connection. The control he displays over every single purposeful action. Her ability to stay in space and completely focused on him at all times.

I also agree with Nocturnal's comment. It DOES take a long time to tie most of these ties. You have to be patient. Quiet. Obedient. Non critical (especially if your Top is doing a new tie or a complicated tie.) The room has to be warm so you don't get chilled.
But...if you approach it with the right mind set...service is a good way to think about it... the whole experience of having the ropes placed is an act of submission and can be very arousing.

LOVE the ropework in the first one. It is so well suited to her. Would like it better without the flowers I think.

Thank you! Much appreciated. It looks like this one can be brought around to the front pretty easily.

The book nook suspension is incredibly well done too. I know the specific position of the rope under her legs was important to get right due to the blood flow and nerves in that area. I wish it were more clear hoe her torso was being supported, but as it is the mystery is very appealing. Very good picks. Thank you for sharing!
