I'm busy rescuing Kate from licentious soldiers, so if you need rescuing you'll have to take a ticket and wait your turn. ;)

On the whole, though, it might be best not to hide in the carriage for the balance of the thread. Certainly there's a shouty RSM back at the South Essex camp who could use some company - and what with both Kate and Sharpe disappearing, it might easily be in Susannah's nature to go there and wait for her mistress?
 
I wouldn't dream of sending Susannah in to interrupt matters between Kate and Richard ;)
I think I'll have her stick her head out of the window, collar a friendly looking soldier and (using tones and words learnt from Miss Savage :D ) ask for an escort to the South Essex camp...

I don't think I'll be touching rum again any time soon...there are vague memories of me doing very bad Captain Jack Sparrow impressions in the early hours of Saturday morning... :)
 
I'm sure it seemed like a good idea at the time. Somewhat akin to singing very very dirty songs at the end of a rather formal function...

But then again, when I (or you) do it. it's charming... :)
 
Most of the formal functions I've been to have involved to singing of dirty songs at the (very) end.
 
Sorry all for my delay in posting , each time I logged in yesterday afternoon life got busy, then suddenly it was time to sleep and now that I have managed to wake up its almost time for that work thingy that one has to do in order to do mundane stuff like .....eat.

So it shall be almost 12 hours from now before I'll be able to post for Patrick.

And yes, I think it best that Isabella be tucked away in Ireland already. I have a sneaking suspicion that she'd cut Susannah to little maid ribbons.

Besides, you know how it is. Could be my last chance to enjoy the touch of a woman. Might die tomorrow. Etc etc etc.
