I'll call a spade a spade. I have an illness that makes orgasm very painful. So I need to avoid it altogether. My partners know this and they can fuck me anyway they want and it will never be reached, This is good. It certainly could be the type of people one meets in the lifestyle. I know that in opening myself up to these desires I have and understanding my submissive side and that whole fun process it has made me more open with my sexuality. Certainly is has helped me feel more confident and relaxed during sex, an attitude that makes it easier to achieve orgasm. Not to say that vanilla type people are all repressed prudes but the need in BDSM to be more clear and honest about one's desires can also help in achieving pleasure, especially multiple times.

That being said, I as a submissive am definetly not capable of multiple orgasms, more's the pity.
