Oh, I totally joke about boon bias here on lit but I think any professional woman or any woman can know that it is absolutely a real thing.
I know for me as a woman in STEM there was a lot of work I had to do to have my opinions and thoughts taken seriously and to have my research and my original thoughts appropriately credited to me. It is unbelievable what happens to the male brain when all the blood rushes to their dick.

Yep. It’s so true.
It’s over and over and over. It gets super old. At least I’ve gotten good at using it towards my advantage. It is easier to win an argument with someone when they are underestimating you.

It’s really ridiculous and every AFAB person I know has numerous stories about the boob bias. Add in having a “young face” and it’s just exhausting.

I do 1 or 3 2 is for serial killers.

Like 11 or 12 years ago, Friend 1 and I were once talking about The Ramones. The term "bless your heart" was invented for this girl. She was so nice, just kind, and always the first to come help or comfort a friend. But, people would be so mean when she said the ditziest, most vapid remarks. It was like the hamster than runs the wheel in her head had a stroke once in awhile.

I don't mind flicking shit at jerks, but I can't bring myself to be mean to genuinely nice people.
