Just looking through Georgia law and I remember a case where a man was arrested and jail for going down on his wife. The law is Sodomy But guess what, if you can screw a 16 year old, but if you're under 18 you get only a slap on the wrist for screwing a 14 year old check this out I do remember that they change the legal age from 14 to 16 like that really made a difference.

You can actually do more time screwing your dog than you can for screwing a 14 year old if you're under 18 check it out

Ok now, they will give you more time if you're just sick necrophilia

Arizona had similar 'sodomy' laws until recently. What shocked me even more than their repeal was the main force behind it: Senior citizens. :D

Among other things, co-habitation and extra-marital sex were illegal under the old law. It's the elderly that vote in droves and nowhere is that more true than AZ. Apparently, some of Sun City got it into their heads that they might be arrested for living in sin (so as not to lose social security & other benefits from the deaths of their spouses by getting remarried) and put the fear of being ousted from office into the ultra-religious ultra-conservative legislature. There was much screaming & crying about it, but you could tell it was all for show. They repealed the law within a couple of months of the old folks starting their bitching. :rolleyes:

Well, can single people have sex in AZ? They can't in GA. Fornication

Here's the big one "taboo"
16-6-22.
(a) A person commits the offense of incest when he engages in sexual intercourse with a person to whom he knows he is related either by blood or by marriage as follows:
(1) Father and daughter or stepdaughter;
(2) Mother and son or stepson;
(3) Brother and sister of the whole blood or of the half blood;
(4) Grandparent and grandchild;
(5) Aunt and nephew; or
(6) Uncle and niece.
(b) A person convicted of the offense of incest shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than 20 years.

They can now. They couldn't under the sodomy law.

Never underestimate the sex drive of octogenarians. :D

How much time do you get for screwing a 14 year old dog?

How about screwing your dog if you 're under an 18-wheeler?

Checkout the wholes in the incest law:

Aunt and niece
Uncle and nephew
cousins
All the in-laws

No problem crewing your wife's sister....oops adultery

Wouldn't your wife's sister be included among the in-laws? :confused: Or do they do things differently in GA? ;)

In the UK marriage between first cousins is legal, as is marriage between in-laws, and therefore this is not incest. To be incest two people have to share at least one parent, or for the parent of one to be the full or half sibling of the other.

Then comes the vexed question of deceased wife's sister ... legal but forbidden by some churches.

If your wife's sister is deceased, I don't think you should have sex with her whether its forbidden by the church or not, thats just my opinion.

So... father to son is not incest?

chuckle.

We all live with horrible mental images...

I always have this dreadful image of... well... you know those aliens with anal probes? And then... yeah... with the... uhh... silvery things? And the...

*chuckle*

Georgia...

...vili.

Gruzivilli.

I cannot for the life of me understand the fascinating tendency to name places in Amriki after various old world locations... how can you have a dozen blinking Moscows and Londons? In the same country?

Heh...

A man can't be raped in this state:

16-6-1.
(a) A person commits the offense of rape when he has carnal knowledge of:
(1) A female forcibly and against her will; or
(2) A female who is less than ten years of age.
Carnal knowledge in rape occurs when there is any penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ. The fact that the person allegedly raped is the wife of the defendant shall not be a defense to a charge of rape.
(b) A person convicted of the offense of rape shall be punished by death, by imprisonment for life without parole, by imprisonment for life, or by imprisonment for not less than ten nor more than 20 years. Any person convicted under this Code section shall, in addition, be subject to the sentencing and punishment provisions of Code Sections 17-10-6.1 and 17-10-7.
(c) When evidence relating to an allegation of rape is collected in the course of a medical examination of the person who is the victim of the alleged crime, the law enforcement agency investigating the alleged crime shall be responsible for the cost of the medical examination to the extent that expense is incurred for the limited purpose of collecting evidence.

So, if a man has a sex change operation (i.e., removing his penis and replacing it with a vagina), and since he was born a man he(she) can't be raped.

Actually, in my case I wouldn't much like either, but if forced to choose I would rather not have that awful voice whining in my ear.

No.

And trying your deceased sister’s 14-year-old dog, won't make you popular at the Kennel Club, either.

Going after your sister’s deceased 14-year-old dog, might actually earn you a clout with a spade.

And trying to have sex with your old sister’s 14-year-deceased dog would definitely get you thrown out of the Pet Cemetery.
