This is a writing question. If a man and a woman are fucking in the water, such as a swimming pool or lake, and she is hot and lubricating, would the water wash the juices away? They are oily, like Vaseline or KY Jelly, but would they shed the water and adhere to her skin and perform their natural function, or would they wash off. I suppose some would come off and float to the surface, but would enough remain?

I've done it many times in hot tubs and swimming pools and a couple of times in a lake.

No matter how wet I am before I get in the water and now matter how excited I am, the water washes away the natural lubrication before he can get it inside me.

Massage oil doesn't work well and it gets really slimy in a swimming pool or tub.

The one thing that works extremely well is a silicone-based lubricant, such as Wet Platinum, Glide, or Pjur Eros. Blowfish has a page dedicated to them.

The advantage is that they are not water-soluble and they cling to the body without rinsing off. Put some on him and some on her before you get in the water and it will slide right in.

Then the only problem will be trying to stay balanced as you float in the water. For this reason, I prefer a hot tub.

Caveat: hubby and I do not use condoms. I have no idea what effect any of these lubes would have on a condom.

Thanks, Angela. That's what I needed to know. I will have to incorporate some of that in my story. The women in my stories are always lubricating so heavily, even having it trickle down their legs, that they need nothing artificial, but in a lake is a different story.

I would think the water would provide some lubrication, but the guy I will be writing about is hung like a stud bull. It wouldn't be enough. The woman's natural lube is barely enough under the best of circumstances.

The first penetration is or can be a bit rough but once in it's nice.

Another trick is to keep the strokes short.

There is nothing quite like standing in the waves and letting Mother Nature give us the movement.

You have to choose your conditions.

A good rule of thumb is if you're standing in water shoulder deep and can see the bottom then it's fairly safe.

If you're standing in water just over your ankles and can't see your toes then there is a bit of debris in the water and it's going to be uncomfortable.

For a minute there, I had to think about that! If I'm standing in water just over my ankles, my toes aren't going to be the only thing visible!

I know what you mean, now, though. Thanks for the chuckle. I've lived not too far from the NC/SC coast all my life, and can never remember standing in shoulder deep water seeing the bottom.

I'll give you another hint. (One that you can appreciate being that far north of the Gulf Stream.) If her nipples get harder than nails upon entering the water, you just aint getting it in. (I learned to dive in the waters off Cape Cod. Water's under 75 degrees have nasty effects on Hard Ons. )

My hubby and I have been snorkeling in the Caribbean, at one of the small islands near St. Thomas.

The water there is as clear as glass. You can see at least twenty or thirty feet down. But we were with a tour group so we didn't have a chance to do any fucking.

One note: seawater has about the same salt content as tears so it doesn't hurt the eyes the way fresh water does.

Expensive, yes, but you don't need very much at a time. It also doesn't get sticky like KY and isn't absorbed much into the skin.

I usually don't need to re-apply it during a lovemaking session, so a small bottle lasts a long time.
