Having undergone a double Orchidectomy my sex drive was literally nil.
However, with HRT I have found my drive to fluctuate between extremely high and low.
I have no problems when it is low but I grow weary when it is high and I'm as horny as a young teen with no sexual release. I'm a single man and sometimes have to masturbate several times a day.
Any other men experienced this? Any advice?
