Several Questions Please

I have been reading these boards and posting occasionally over the last several months. Much of the info is very helpful while some is pure fluff. Now I have a couple of questions that hopefully some of you can help me with:

1) I have seen pics and heard talk about suspension and find it very intriguing. I would love to suspend my sub and use her accordingly. The question is how and even better how do you suspend some invertedly(upside down)? I live in a normal house and do not have access to a barn,garage, or other out building. Can it be done in a normal home?

2) My sub wants to look into having her nipples pierced. Thats against the rules in Sc but NC is close by. How do you find a good, reputable source for this kind of piercing? I have read about nipple piercing on several threads(pros & cons), but not about how to find the right person.

3) My sub's breasts are very sensitive and love to be clamped as well as rope bondaged. What other erotic torture can be used on them?

glad to offer some assistance...

1.) Suspension can be fun but certain precautions must be taken. Simply using standard wrist or ankle cuffs and lifting until her toes are off the ground is not safe. Check into gear specifically made for suspension. It can be done in virtually any home as long as the anchor points are firmly imbedded in ceiling joists or wall studs. Test this out yourself by doing pull-ups before you hoist your gf and risk dropping her on her head! If you can't have permanent attachment points, look into gravity boots and that frame thing that lets you hang upside-down.

2.) I don't know where you are in SC but I had mine done in Greenville several years ago. At that time it was no big deal and I know of at least one piercer there. Ask people who have had theirs done who they would recommend. If you don't know anyone, go to a strip bar and ask the dancers.

3.) Ice, icy-hot, slappers, crops, whips, weighted clamps, breast- presses, stinging nettles, cockle-burrs, etc.

It has been several years but I had mine done by a piercer who shall remain nameless. She did not do a very good job and I would not recommend her. The other one is on south pleasantburg and has only been open a couple of years.

Sorry to hear that you didn't go through with it. I would have loved to have seen them.

Inverted suspension

I was suspended upside down a couple of months ago (in a friend's attic dungeon, he had a cable hoise over a sturdy beam and special suspension cuffs)...but it ddn't quite turn out the way it was intended. For some reason, I just couldn't stop laughing while hanging there, no matter what my Dom did, I really and truly couldn't, and I don't think that was the desired effect...

But he does still comment how attractive I looked that way- maybe it has something to do with my toes being pointed and the body stretched out....

It is interesting you mentioned the laughing. I have heard that from others, that being inverted cause undue merriment. Very disconcerting.

However, right side up or sideways seems to not cause the laughing. Interesting, don't you think?

Suspension frames

I was in the local BDSM shop, and they had a device that kind of looked like a jungle jim, or narrow swing set. It can be assembled and disassembled in an apartment or house and could fit very well in a spare bedroom.

It is also an option for those who live in apartments that prohibit drilling into the ceilings and walls.

Maybe a google search will find out what it is named.

With regard to suspension, be creative.

A solid rod, placed high in a closet, may help or a subtle screw and eyehole into a ceiling beam....You could hang a plant from it when you aren't playing

I think the portable rig EB is talking about sounds interesting, though.


It is important to be sure you are using the proper technique and rope. Cuffs can cause nerve damage, among other things. With silk scarves, the knot can slip and tighten.
