In some cases I would agree with this, especially if there is no chance of it occurring again, but she has contracted an STD which effects more than just herself. I know she stated that she won't have any sexual contact with her husband, but I think if this is going to entail doctor's visits, wart removal and such, the secret is just going to spiral out of control. Something like that can eat a person alive.
