I submitted a story that was very clearly a part of a series in the manuscript form (http://www.literotica.com/s/getting-ready-for-a-change) through the site's submission portal. However, the title field was too short to include the full title, so I just put the subtitle in there. While the full title that was on the manuscript has been published below the title, the actual directory listing just shows the subtitle, with no indication it is part of a series, and now I've started to get rude emails about the story complaining about this. I have the following questions

1) Is there a way to serialize a story on here without all the entries sharing the same title--i.e. is there a way to have them all grouped under the series title while each individual story has its own title rather than all chapter being titled Story X Ch.Y?

2) If that can't be done, how do you completely change the title? Do you just submit a new version of the old story as "Story X (Edited)" and put the new title in the instructions field?

I haven't seen any serialization put together than didn't include the same base title and/or chapter numbers. Doubt the editor wants to start trying to read an author's mind on what they wanted put together in a serialization. Your best bet probably is to go straight to Laurel, the site editor, on both of these questions--don't e-mail her; PM her (message system at the top right of this page. Her account name is "Laurel")
