I have a question to ask the lovely How To Forum...
By the way, hello. I am new to the Literotica family, and do not know how to navigate much yet, haha.

My issue is that whenever I am with my boyfriend and he is performing on me, whether it be oral, digital, or full on penetration, it is always uncomfortable. It feels good, but it's as if I'm too sensitive to climax and we have to go really slow or else it becomes painful.

Any tips?

Have you tried having him stimulate you through a piece of cloth and/or with lots of lube?

Is it an unbearable painful?
Do you not enjoy any kinds of pain to start with?
Is it a pain you can't try to push through to see if it works?

Have you always been rather sensitive? It might be worth talking to your doctor and seeing if you have Vulvodynia or similar.

In case you're starting to panic - Don't worry - you're not alone! The most important thing to remember is that there IS something that you can do about it. The most simple thing is to try ovestine (http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/100003190.html or similar) cream which is an oestrogen based. All you'll need is to daily rub a little on your skin, just around all parts which are sensitive. What it does is it "plumps" up the skin and makes is less fragile (and therefore less painful!)

You might also want to try using silicone lube too - it's fantastic stuff!

Feel free to PM me if you'd like more tips.

This is a helpful tip and I'm going to look into the cream because I have a problem similar to the OP's.

Before self-diagnosing and buying random creams from the internet, please note that her first recommendation was to see a doctor.

It's probably a good idea to consult the doctor just to make sure everything is functioning as it should and there are no other reasons for excessive sensitivity. There are many reasons for painful sex, up to and including STDs. You may know where your Business has been, but unless you keep 24/7 tabs on your partner, exposure is always a possibility.

There are also many perfectly innocent explanations, but only a visit to the doctor can confirm the real reason. If you guess, treat with something over-the-counter, and are wrong, you could create serious problems that may have otherwise been treated easily.

I should have said, this is prescription medication only, you'd need to see your GP to obtain it. Your GP may have alternate suggestions to try.

Good points and logical advice, thanks.
