Love Babylon 5. Also some of Firefly.

More of a Farscape and or Doctor Who person.

I loved Kaylee - saw it long after it was out (I think I was 5 at the time). Checked it out due to repeated xkcd.com references. I’d like to see her licking a peach

So, the most recent Battlestar Galactica. (SPOILER ALERTS!)

1. A strong start, but it went on for far too many seasons.
2. The ending where they leave all the technology behind: that's ridiculous and goes against all human nature. I'm with Charlton Heston in the first Planet of the Apes. "If this is the best they've got here, then we'll be running this place in six months." That's before the intelligent apes show up. The irony of it all.

The first one is particularly useful for those thinking of writing the heroine's 21st 18th birthday on Literotica.
