Exactly. Husbands are just like any other pet. You have to learn to manage us and we ain't too bright none, neither.

Easier said than done... all our social engagements up here are with his friends and relatives which means he's the one who's made the arrangements. When we're staying with my parents and I'm the one who's made the arrangements it's *easy*.

Alright. Secret womanly ritual no.100 - painting your toenails when there's not *quite* enough time for them to dry before you leave so you have to do one of three things -
1- remove freshly applie nail varnish
2- put stockinsga nd shoes on anyway and either end up soldered to your stockings, or with strange woven patterns on your toenails.
3- leave the house in bare feet, try and get the grass off your feet in the car and then annoy him at the end of the journey by struggling into stockings and shoes in the car before you can get out...


And no, I don;t learn from my mistakes.
