Won't bother them in the least. In the lounge the chat is so fast you can hardly keep up. They just chat around you.

There are hundreds on line all posting at the same time. You may ask a poster a question and there will be 15 posts between it. Your best bet are the smaller rooms but if you're an ass you get banned.
