I've been lurking in the Fantasy/Science Fiction section for a few days now and decided that I really like this site and the story submission system.

So, this is my official "hello" to you other authors out there, and wanted to say glad to be here.

I don't quite have the gumption to try to find a editor, however, and really would like to work with one. Even if just to see how it works. If you are one, and want to edit fantasy tales that are pretty polished to begin with, please let me know.

Again, this is just saying Hi to everyone and looking forward to posting a lot of tales and reading even more.

Odd...are you refering to the apendages on one's body? Let's see...Head...Arms (2 hopefully)...Legs (see arms comment)...Breasts(I guess for women only? I mean I have some, but they don't really count...I think)...and a penis (definately men only...Yep...I KNOW that one...maybe...)

So...add em all up...plus a few toes and fingers...and voila...7,823 apendages. Yep you're odd enough alright...or I am at least.

About your work? Just take the plunge and submit.

Have a close friend proof your story if you still have concerns, but sometimes all someone needs is a solid nudge to get started.

(And it's easier to get an editor if you already have something submitted.)

Haven't been holding my breath for an editor

I've been submitting my little heart out. Have five approved stories so far, and two pending as of now, and 12 chapters I'm going over of a novel and about to submit.

I feel warm fuzzies all over (and that's a good thing to feel....purrr). From the kind welcome you folks have given me. I think coming here was a good choice for me.

As I get more comfortable with the people, policies, and politics of Literotica, I will likely become more involved in the discussions.

Well, off to finish submission #8 and edit on my novel a bit...
