Oh yes it can!

No really it can't...We have had a 2 year old that came to us wearing what we both thought was doll clothes, she weighed 15 pounds when we got her. We have had a 3 month old baby come to us in the middle of the night with cigarette burns over 85% of his little body, 3 months later the mother said she was fit to take him and we had let him go back only for her to do it again a few weeks after he had been home. So then we thought it would be better to take an older child....Not a smart idea....So unless MsTexas' kids are going to get high, steal a car, run into a cop car and then hit the side of a school building I don't think they can be that bad.


Nope we don't foster home anymore either. The little ones break your heart when they have to go back to their loser parents and the older ones you want to break their asses.
