Usagi could understand but said nothing of it. She went to sit near the fire always the curious one about it. She didn't bother to touch or investigate being older taught her about her curiosity. Looking up from the fire she gave David a serious look with her crystal blue eyes. "You must really miss everyone. Why leave them if they are so important? We can handle things on our own, we've been doing this for a very long time."

 

[Hikari]

She didn't know why she'd done this, but she had to say what's on her mind.


"I know this is going to sound strange, but I feel like we've met before.. Is this really your first time in Tokyo?"


Her heart was racing.. Why had she said that? Now he would think she was somekind of weird hermit priestess.. She just couldn't get the feeling out of her head.. She saw those eyes staring into hers again and she nearly fell over from the feeling, she felt him catch her and she blushed even more. What was going on? She then heard Usagi's voice and was caught in this strange man's arms. This was indeed an awkward position..

"Well because as hero one must go where they are need. Unlike the dark kingdom who wanted to use the energy they collected to rule the earth but this new enemy wants to use the energy they collect to destroy the Earth. You , Mamoru and Chibi are like my family I wouldnt want anything to happen to any version of you."he said

Dayne smiled, catching the young woman. He helped her back up to her feet. He grinned at her, and then brushed her hair back over her shoulders, before taking a small silver rose out of his coat pocket and putting it behind her ear. He then looked up at the moon, almost visible in the sky, and spoke quietly.

"I believe I am not of this world. I was born in a realm of light, but spent most of my time living among those borne of darkness. I met a group of princesses after witnessing the death of my father, but they were shortly attacked by my half sister, a woman of great malice and menace. The queen sent us through time, in stasis, and I found myself in the US." His voice trailed off, as he didn't know what else to say to explain.

Kasuki silently moved along the path up to the shrine. He stepped up into the shrine and stared at the bell. He started examining the "collection tray" that people would let money slip from there hands into the tray below.. and then gave the bell a ring.. He nodded, and would do just that...

He pulled a handful of coins from his pockets and held them over the tray, letting them slowly fall forth from his hands..

...and after the last coin had fallen he grabbed a hold of the lenght of rope and then rang the bell once, very firmly. He clapped his hands together and closed his eyes...

"Please, let me know why I am here... Help me understand my place in the world, and why these strange things keep happening to me.. Please!"

"Can you meet me here in a few hours... I'm kind of busy at the moment, but I'd really like to discuss this further.."


She found herself smiling at him as she stood in the doorway waiting for his answer..

Talking with David, Usagi was quite captivated by his need to protect those close to him. All this talk about universes and doubles she'd leave up to Ami to clear up. At the sound of the temple bell rining she peeked from the fire room to see who was out there.

"I wish the others would get here so we can clear this up."

Dayne nodded slowly. He had a lot of preparation to do for the party anyways. He bowed and spoke in low tones.

"Of course. I have some work to do before the party, unless you want to talk about it then?"

He looked at her, still smiling. He felt like she was familiar, that he could trust her with anything.

"Well the last time for me all of you were together as for the funeral of Asuka after the end of that war."he said to her as tear ran down his cheek as he was remembering that day. His beautiful wife laying in her glass coffin. He was dressing black garb that was usually white. His blood shot hazel eyes behind darken glasses hid the pain he was feeling. His children there as well as the other senshi. He had to be strong not just for his children but for his people as they need him in their time of greiving.

Usagi could understand his loss, she could never dream of lossing Mamoru in such a way. So many times she'd almost lost him in the past. She would hold on to him for as long as her time allowed. Reaching over she gave David a soft gentle hug of comfort to calm his aching heart. "It will be okay, we'll get rid of these pests and everything will go back to normal." She turned to look at the fire then the door. 'What could be taking Rei so long?' she wondered still comforting David.

"Well thank you Usagi"David said as he felt Usagi huggin him to comfort him and his pain"Usagi I know it will but the fight with that knight earlier proves I am out of practise so its refesher time for me"he said as he looks into her eyes.

 

[Hikari]

"Of course. I have some work to do before the party, unless you want to talk about it then?"

"Sure that would be nice.. I'll see if I can get the gang together..."


She excitedly smiled at him and closed the door behind her then went back to open it remembering she didn't have the time they should come over..


"Sorry about that.. What time should we be over?"

Dayne grinned when she asked what time, and thought carefully. He figured he'd better make it fairly late in the day, so he guessed around 8.

"8, maybe.... Yeah, 8 sounds good. I'll have plenty of snacks and such, and drinks are on me."

Smiling Usagi stood to her feet, stretching as she showed off her cute little stomach. She let her hair fall behind her as she looked down to David a small blush to her cheeks. "You did seem a bit out of practice. That goes for us all...or maybe me." she muttered the last part. "We'll just have to retrain ourselves and get it together." She kicked the air above David, her socks slipping on the floor and twisting her foot under her, she fell back toward David about to topple another person over for the second time that day. "Ah!"

 

[Hikari]

She politely said goodbye and felt all warm inside as he left and she closed the door behind her. She watched as usagi and the stranger stare at her blushing cheeks and the silver rose in her hair..

"Umm.. It appears we've all been invited to a party tonight at the mansion not far from here.. I thought you and the others would like to come usagi.."


Usagi seemed to temporarily forget about what she was doing and jump up and down all excited.. She proceeded to talk about what she would wear and all sorts of thinks making the guy she was with crack up a bit..


"But I do believe there are more pressing matters to attend to.."

David was on bottom as Usagi had landed on him as he tries to get up his hand grazes her ass he tried to get her off him. He felt her weight on his body"Well if you want i could help you retrain yourself it been a while since I had a student since Hoshi has finished her martial arts training a while ago"he said

Usagi smiled back at David removing herself from the awkward position. "That'd be great!" she exclaimed genuinely excited. "When can we start?"

"Tomorrow at dawn at the park that way we get down to basics"David said to Usagi as he stands up and he notice Rei in the room talking about party."Yes there is Rei that is the new evil i bet you sensed if i am right"David said to te fire priestess.

 

[Kuuroinochou]

"Sorry Rei..." Usagi said turning to smile at David, "At the park..I'll be there."

Addressing Rei again, she listened to the two of them converse about the evils that were soon to approach.

 

[Hikari]

"Ues there is Rei that is the new evil i bet you sensed if i am right"

"Indeed I did sense something ominous, but I think it would be better for morale if we break it to them after the party.. It's better if they know after being happy.."


She pulled the unusual flower from her hair and found herself looking at it longingly..

"Well that would be smart but what are we going to say about me"David said to Rei as he knew that party would be good before you lay on some really bad news but what will happen when it all gods to shit.

Kasuki watched quietly, the strange events that had passed.. He stood on the temple grounds, leaning against a tree quietly. He'd watched many people come and go.. some coming to the shrine to buy charms.. others coming to pray.. and still others.. to congrigate. He stared quietly at them.. music pounding between his ears. He could almost feel them...

He closed his eyes and focused... the music helping to lull him into his spiritually aware state. He could see them.. he could feel there energy.. but it was strange.. how they all interacted... He then managed to shake himself out of the trance and moved up to the Shrine proper...

He moved along the stone path way quietly. Pausing a moment before looking up at the Torii. It was old.. and in need of some care.. paint chipping away from the wood in places.. he closed his eyes and stepped under it...

Luna-P fell down from the heavens, landing on Kasuki's head before touching ground. It's blank eyes stared at him before delivering Pluto's message:

Before he could hear anymore, Pluto's voice vanished, along with Luna-P bouncing away. Her message was sent- but to the wrong person.

Mamoru walked up to the shrine with dinner in his hands. He thought it would be nice to eat early with Usagi. he was approaching the shrine and saw usagi tackle another man. He hid as only Tuxedo Kamen could and advanced watching and listening.

And he was going to a party with Rei. Dawn there would be words. Now there would be the gentle boyfriend.

Mamoru's loafers clicked as he walked up in his trademark green jacket. Everyone turned to watch him come up the steps. With a bag over his shoulder and takeout in his hands, Mamoru called to his girl. "Usa-chan. How are you today. Are we feeling alright? I brought dinner" Mamoru said this flawlessly with a warm smile. Usagi came to wrap him in a hug. Mamoru pinched Usa's ass as she came in. Looking at the strange man. "I thought we could eat together. But I heard party. Should I go get some drinks or this a girl's night out? Speaking of that where are the other girls. I miss many of them." Mamoru looked at the strange man in front of him. " And who is this... um gentleman. I don't believe we've met. I'm Usa-chan's boyfriend."

Mamoru extended a hand towards the stranger. A Smug look on his face that he hid from Usagi.

"Hello there Endimon or should I call you Mamoru. I am David Ballway I am here to help you and the Senshi deal with new threat. I come from parallel universe where your my brother in law and USagi is my sister in law"David said as he hand him the letter explaining who he was and why he was here.

"Oh really." Mamoru said as he took the letter. " And I suppose this letter proves beyond a shadow of a doubt. Fucking wierd just appearing like that out of nowhere. I'll hold judgement on this till I can see some real proof. So I think I'll stay for this party. Usa, let's eat."

Mamoru began to set up the food and roled the takeout chopsticks between his hands, to free them of s;plinters for Usagi.
