Safe Lit Surfing

There were some protracted and at times intense negotiations with the SO before I began posting to Lit, but I think they were worth it on the whole. While it's true that knowing that the SO reads the Lit boards does put some limits on what I say, it's worth it to me to feel that everything is above-board. In the long run I think it's been a good thing for both of us to stretch that extra distance and recognize that nothing bad has come of it. In addition, I've gotten a rather good live-in editor out of the bargain.

Of course, there are other prying eyes to concern oneself with. There's a reason I only have a gender or a name to a few charming and delightful individuals.

I guess I'm lucky.

My wife knows about Lit, hell she often reads posts over my shoulder. Even more often she asaks about people here on the board and asks me to say hi to them.

She reads my stories, and is my biggest fan.

She is the one who has told me to E-Mail my phone number to certain people on the board.

And people wonder why I'm still married to her after 13 years?
