I’m on my second pair of Ghosts and they’re my favorites so far. I know you aren’t supposed to extend shoes like this but I’ve probably run close to 1k in this pair alone.Which Brooks do you run in?
I did run yesterday (7ish recovery miles). Although it was cold it wasn't too bad.I use the Adrenaline 25 now. Love them, my 4th pair.
Anyone run today? I wimped out of the cold and decided on a home spinning session instead!

Kicked off training with a 14 mile progression run yesterday and it was ok. Not yet where I want to be but a good fitness check all the same.
