I had the pleasure to experience a rope suspension a week ago, but unfortunately my camera's battery was dead so no picture to show for it 
It was probably not as elegant or beautiful as the tie that have been shown on this thread by Homburg-sama and others (it was our first rope session ever, new rope, new body type, and so on) but it was still an incredible experience (and the rope marks were lovely).
I've been dreaming about it and now that I have had a taste I can say that it is delicious!
The feeling of the rope while it's been tied around the body ... the feeling of being bound tighter and tighter in a rope embrace ... the rope biting into the skin and flesh when you are suspended and your weight tighten the rope a bit more ... it was scary and relaxing and delicious. And evil since the tie was only a mean to an end
Hopefully there will be other times ... and I am going to make sure that the batteries are fully charged then.
For technical details: 3 8M 6mm hemp ropes and 1 10M 6 mm hemp rope were used. A chest harness, a hip/crotch harness and the legs were raised separately in an asymmetric way. The suspended position was horizontal, face down and 2 different suspension points were used: one for the chest harness tie and one for the hip/legs ties.
ETA to add the picture of the ropes.

Well ... since he is ultimately a Sadist and not a Rigger, the suspension was so that I could be nicely bound, uncomfortable and exposed for him the wriggle any type of reaction (mostly from pain, from pleasure a little) out of my body
(Including pulling some of the rope more than sliding it ...)I've been suspended before but with cuffs for wrists and cuffs or rope for the ankles. With the rope all wrapped around my body thou the feeling was definitely different: more intense and more intimate.
Now I wish to have a "be tied and look pretty" experience one of this days ... lol

Thank you. The original pic was by Drew Posada, sadly now dead, much too early in life. He has many beautiful erotic pics that I was pleased and honored to have his personal permission to use for different projects I enjoy doing. I don't know if anyone still has his artwork up yet, as his own website has been down since shortly before his untimely death.
