Why are we raising a generation of young people who are just going to get on our nerves?

So that we have something to complain about when we grow old ourselves?

Old people who forget that they were once young and think that all kids talking on street corners are criminals waiting to pounce.

Old people who object to children kicking a ball about because it's noisy.

Old people who have lost any sense of tolerance or proportion.

Then there are the other old people who would go out of their way to help kids - shame there are so few of them.
