One particular type of bondage that really gets me going is when whoever is restrained is locked up, bolted down, or generally held by something that won't move or budge in response to their struggling. As a switch, I fantasize about being on either end.
Doesn't matter if they're totally restrained, or if they're held at a few points and free to squirm in futility.
Wooden stocks or pillory mounted in town square are probably the most familiar example, though prisoners in cuffs that are bolted(not chained) to a wall are closer to ideal for me.
Metal is best, fantasy-wise, as steel is a symbol of unyielding strength. Stepping all the way into sci-fi, I picture being held by a machine that can pose it's victim, but locks, or is just strong enough that all squirming is futile.
