I'm back again after being briefly indisposed. See fiber and BRB threads for details. Everything came out ok, but see Breakfast thread from yesterday for why I combined peanut butter and red pepper flakes. That may have been a mistake.

I'm back, but for an indeterminate period between tasks. Not sure if I should formally check in of I am not really "back" as that would be commonly understood.

Perhaps we need a "flyby" thread for those who are posting but cannot commit to lingering for a determinate length of time.
