Our policy towards Iran hasn't changed since Biden took office. There have been negotiations to change that stance. We recently enacted new sanctions against Iran.

No one with power in Israel wants to nuke the Gaza strip. Nuclear bombs would make Gaza unlivable for Jewish settlers. Many of Netanyahu's hard line allies would like to conquer the Gaza Strip, deport the Palestinians, and open the Gaza Strip to Jewish settlement.
