Resizing help please

Yeah, I know there are other threads going for this.

Anyway...

I got a new digital camera, and no matter how small I make the pics in Irfanview, I can't get Lit to accept them as Avs.

So if someone can redo this one for me, I'd be much appreciative.

Try this... I had to crop it a bit to size it to 150x150 pixels, but see if it will work...
