Take a breather, dude. 45 kicked Canada out, negotiated with Mexico, and then brought Canada back because he is an indecisive little bitch.

The hopped up economy has pushed the value of my house up about 15 percent since Trump took office.
I'm selling.
A July 2018 paper, which used the synthetic control method, found no evidence that Trump had an impact on the US economy during his 18 months in office.[311]

Oh, and schism's thread is now a Bill and Ted thread, apparently.
I'm bumping because I genuinely would like to hear other people's stories. I want to know how the Trump administration helped you, personally. I know this is considered a weird stance to take on this site, but I genuinely enjoy people seeing positive results if it's something worth celebrating. I've not had anything positive arise in the past couple years- it's been rough. Bring out some more positivity, guys.
What is so hard about the Op's question? The question was about a specific policy 45 enacted that has brought you new riches.

The Veteran's Choice program, which allowed vets to see local Doctors instead of travelling very long distances sometimes, was expired in 2017 and was due to shut down early in 2018. The Dems in Congress had no interest in seeing it was included in the budget. It was included after President Trump made it a priority for Veterans.
It allowed me to have vascular stent surgery locally this year and be home that night. If I had to have it done thru VA the travel and hospital time would have been at least 3 days. As long as he continues fighting for Senior and Veteran rights he'll have my support and vote.
Isakson acknowledged that the bill isn't paid for but said he is working with Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Alabama, chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, to add funding for the bill that would likely balloon the deficit. The White House has argued for funding the bill by cutting other programs.
Are you sure about all of that? The bill 45 signed was in June of 2018.
The original program expired in 2017.
Trump Signs $55 Billion Bill to Replace VA Choice Program
Plus, this.
Yes I'm sure. I keep up with VA and Senior issues. The rest of this shit I don't worry about. I'll be dead long before it starts affecting me.
Do most senior voters share that attitude?
If the Veterans hadn't done what we have done for this country, none of this other shit would be up for discussion.
Increased their grandiose sense of entitlement and faux superiority.
you personally benefited from the tax cuts? i mean directly, not that your employer or customer has more to spend. you, just you.
Then, there's the fact that my clients have more money in their pockets. You know what that translates to when it come to me PERSONALLY? They pay the bill when I send 'em an invoice.
It's simple enough for you to figure out if you wanted to. The American culture of freedom, individualism, and republican constitutional order, that elevates us above the Third World totalitarian chaos that exists in the rest of our Hemisphere.

What business are you in?
I'm a plaintiffs' personal injury lawyer, and payment is never a problem; when we win or settle a case, we get a check from an insurance company.
What happens when you don't win and the client can't pay the costs because they're unemployed?
Wow.
I... don't think you know what any of those things mean.
Good for you.
Tell me...
