remove a chapter

Would like to remove Ch 17 from my story Mike and Bonnie - Fire Down Below.

I suspect you've figured this out by now, but just in case you're still awaiting a response...
I don't think you can expect the managers to pull out one chapter of a story for you. Probably should just follow the FAQ for editing a story and resubmit an updated version where you've taken out the offending paragraph yourself.
And, oh, don't forget to renumber all the following paragraphs. :-D

Was the chapter rejected (as in not published and sitting in your returned submissions folder) or is it published?

If it's been rejected, what's the issue? Is it still sitting in Drafts? If so, you can delete it, or use the Form again with new content.

Ah, my misunderstanding. I didn't realize you were publishing chapters as independent entries, I thought it was one chapter in a longer piece. doh!
Anyway, if it was Rejected, I don't think you have to do anything - that's almost just an admin note in your file.
Just fix the issue and resubmit to add to your series. I don't know if that will make the rejected count go away, but only you see that and your next installment will be out there.
