Published story not showing up

Hi, my second story has been published, and I can view it through a link as follows:

However on my profile it says I only have 1 story, and when I search the tags for my second story it doesn’t show up. Is this something that often happens with freshly published works or is something wrong?

I've seen the issue mentioned a few times this week. If you organise your stories alphabetically, instead of by newest, they both show up.
