Lance - Thanks for your humor and wit - I love starting my day with a smile. I love the word "uber" - it's just so fun to use! Have a wonderful day!!

:

Well it's uber-good that you like the uber-word and I now uber-promise to uber-use it as uber-often as I can. (uber uber uber....those just thrown in for good measure) ;)

I do honestly agree that 'uber' is wayyyyyyy underutilized. You and I will have to do our best to bring it into more regular conversation. (well, that and 'slinky' and 'decadent'....those are some other fun words I think....plus they are ones that can be quite sexy if used right..hehe!).

Oh, as I was thumbing through your new thread, I was glad to see that your 'smirk' has reappeared. mmmmm, love ths smirk (and the playful, naughty side that it portrays..hehe)

Hope that your weekend is starting GREAT and hope to chat soon.

Those full, luscious lips deserve a lot more than 5 minutes of kissing gorgeous.
I hope you get this after a good night of sleep and you are in better spirits

This was nice to wake up to... thanks for listening and being there...

“At the first kiss I felt something melt inside me that hurt in an exquisite way. All my longings, all my dreams and sweet anguish, All the secrets that slept deep within me came awake, Everything was transformed and enchanted, everything made sense.”

Hermann Hesse

I LOVE that quote!!!! Thank you for being part of my life.

QSco - so glad you liked!! Someone needs to update his own photo thread!!!

IAmale... thanks for stopping by... we got about 7-8 inches... enough! Do you bring your wife to Lit and explore together? Might be a great experience for both of you.

Shy - Thanks girl!

ToSober - it's a good thing they are kissable cause this girl LOVES to kiss!

Kat - you are so kind! :) We are taking the kids to see the Nutcracker today, then finally doing our decorations... it's a compromise - hub's family puts up Thanksgiving weekend - mine always the week before Christmas and leaving up through the Epiphany... The kids have been BEGGING to get it put up so it will be a nice festive day.

Hellguy - so glad you enjoy - feel free to contribute anytime... share a favorite quote or lyric...

TK - thank you. five hours of kissing and making love... heavenly! Hubby and I need a weekend away!

Hairball - thanks Cutie Pie - send me a PM with how you're feeling... missing our chats!

Brad - Hey you!! I'm well enough! right back at ya!

Lance - careful, we wouldn't want to over uber the thread!!! slinky, decadent also good words... as is exquisite! I am such a slut for words... you've found my weak spot!!! I look forward to vocabulary banter with you! ;)

Blue!! - I :D when I saw your return .... I've missed you - lots of fluid and rest and you'll be back on your feet in no time.
Hard to imagine being unmoved by art, especially Rodin's The Kiss - excellent edition - Thank you! Do you have a preference for 3 dimensional art overall? Who are some of your other favorite artists?

Aw, thanks AJ...it's really nice to be missed :) Actually I'm more of a 2D fan, and that's the medium I work in myself ;) I like all sorts of stuff, I love Monet's waterlily paintings and a guy called Gerhard Richter who does this abstract stuff...but to be honest my favourite art, and the things I most like painting myself, are nudes. Predictable really ;) I did do some paintings of Rodin's stuff for a project back in school though, and that's when I found that sculpture which I will always love.

Oh, and I do like a good landscape.

Hi, AJ. Wanted you to know that my SO and I just looked at your recent posts. We agree that the latest pics are awesome.

And rose-worthy! :rose:

thats just an appetizer for the weekend then AJ

and Rodin - how did I miss that

his work has moved me for quite a while

and Blue if you like nudes or suggestive potraits check out Tomasz Rut

Hairball - well our day had a speed bump... hubby got the tickets and looked at the time wrong so we were a half hour late but the box office people were wonderful and switched our tickets for this evenings performance. Hope you are having a good day Cutie Pie!

Blue - I love Monet's waterlily paintings as well... also a big fan of Seurat. I remember spending a couple of hours at the Art Institute in Chicago looking at A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte utterly fascinated at how his vision must have come together for that! I have seen Richter's work before - to me it is much better appreciated in person than in print. I'd love to do an art/architecture through Europe... all that history! Amazing!

Border - well thank you! I like the idea of both you looking. I enjoy it when hubby and I look at pics together as well. :)

TK - I'm off to check out Tomasz Rut myself! I hope everyone feels free to leave ideas!

I'm partial to Vincent and the impressionists. I was lucky enough to be in Amsterdam at the time of the 100th anniversary of his death. And the Vincent Van Gogh museum had collected everything from around the world. And they'd let you stand about a foot away from the paintings. Imagine being a foot away from Sunflowers and Irises. When you see them up close you can see how brilliant he was with his brush strokes and heavy use of paint. Amazing.

As far as ideas and being inspired by art...please don't lop off any appendages. Thanks.

Here's one by Toulouse-Latrec.

Hi there

just wanted to say how much I really enjoying reading your intelligent posts (both here and on other threads) and of course, viewing your sexy pics. Keep on posting!

Hairball - it was so good!!! The boys did so great - I was very proud of them. We had the best conversation on the way home and I was amazed at how much of the story they got from the ballet. Thanks for asking.

Shy - you are so naughty - i'm sure we could get quite a line up of volunteers to let us know...

IAboy - i'm sure you would dear... we'd just have to get her to go along with it!

Hairball - I guarantee he's not always so lucky - he has to put up with the non-funluvinaj too!!!!

Blue - you just need to get your ass on this side of the ocean!!!

Maroon - Thank you - it's nice to be appreciated for one's intellect and you enjoying the pics is just the icing on the cake.
