As you are in the UK, dead easy !

Pick up a tub of Sudocrem from the baby section in Asda or Boots and apply liberally to the affected area !

Works wonders for both me and Mrs A !

No probs, always happy to help... The creme should help the bumps go down pretty quick, and if you use it daily, then the next time you shave, they should be a lot smaller than the first time, and so on until eventually you dont get them any more !

Not sure... I spend a lot of time in the states, but to be honest, I've never looked for it cos I usually take my own !

It was developed as a skin healing cream, specifically targetted at nappy (daiper) rash.... hope that helps..

You should be able to use a diaper rash cream with good results. One of my dormmates in college swore by it to take the red out of razor burn bumps.

Any more advice for those of us in the states? I'll try the diaper cream. That sounds like a good idea.

What I usually do (and I've personally never tried the diaper rash cream remedy, just heard it recommended strongly) is this - run the water as hot as I can stand it, soak a hand towel in it, and hold it over the bumpy area until the towel cools. Rinse and repeat as needed. Then I'll usually apply some BikiniZone cream or Paula's Choice Skin Relief Treatment.

shaving with high quality hair-conditioner......

will minimize red shaving bumps...no panties for a day along with some desitin ointment works wonders.....

I've been thinking about shaving myself, but after reading this I'm not so sure. What are the advatages? Is sex really better, particularly with another girl?

LOL HEY ITS UP TO YOU TO DECIDE IF ITS BETTER.
AS TO THE GIRL THING YOU WILL HAVE TO ASK ..

SOME TIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO TRY IT!! AND SEE
COME ON LIVE ON THE EDGE SHAVE..

Hmmm...when I get razor burn on my face, Nivea after-shave lotion works quite well...

My wife tells me she cant imagine going back to "au naturel" again. Apparently, she is way more sensitive now than ever before...

For myself, I love the feeling of being shaved for similar reasons. Although I will eventually go back to having some pubie hair, (my wife likes the feel of it on her cheek), I'll be keeping me nuts well and truly bare !

:D

Dont you all think we have talked the "red Bumps" to death??

see you all around

I often get them after an electrolysis treatment. Warm compresses of epsom salts and water. Dries them up and draws out whatever is in there.

I find that aloe vera gel is great. Also cocoa butter cream is fantastic!
