Well I am a Canuck, so getting them (frozen tortillas) from So Cali, or Mexico will be a bit of a problem. Now we have cousins in Texas that brought up some awesome ones two years ago, but the nerve, they didnt even tell us they were coming this year and of course they are here and didnt bring any! well, they are out of the will!!
(they have more money then us anyway! lol)

here is a pretty easy flour tortilla recipe:
4 cups flour
1/2 c softened vegetable shortening
1 tsp ground sea salt
1 cup warm water

put the flour on work surface or in bowl work in the shortening with fingers. Dissolve the salt in the warm water and mix a little at a time into the flour - using fingers. gather all the flour to the middle and knead about 5 minutes.
divide dough into about 20 pieces, roll each into about a 1 1/2 inch ball. cover with greased plastic wrap and set aside. about 20 minutes.
take one ball and flatten it out with hands or rolling pin roll into about an 8 inch circle.
carefully lat the tortilla on a hot griddle it should sizzle after a few seconds, flip it over and cook the second side. cover with cloth to keep warm as you flatten and cook the rest.

OR . . . just buy store bought - there just as good!
enjoy
