Ever heard of a rebus puzzle?
It is a pictogram of words or pictures (or both) that means a phrase that is commonly used (or use to be commonly used).

If you think you know what it is, post the answer. Then post one of your own. Otherwise I will post a new one myself. Please do not google for the answer. Try to get it on your own.
